50-Hour Advanced Yoga Course
Tune-up your teaching skills

50 HOURS OF TEACHING METHODOLOGY, ADJUSTMENTS AND SEQUENCING
OVERVIEW
This seven-day intensive Continuing Professional Development course is specifically designed to assist 200-hour yoga teachers in further finessing their existing teaching skills. You will learn from three experienced and passionate teachers. You will deepen your asana practice with strong and challenging Vinyasa classes. You will refine your teaching skills through study, sequencing, adjustments, teaching, and receiving feedback. You will learn teaching methodology, refining asana alignment, and how to adjust your students in different postural categories.
You will be joining our 300-hour course right from the start and actively participate in almost all classes of the first week. At the end of the first week, you will receive a certificate of completion of 50 hours recognizing your overall work and effort.
Refine your skills as a yoga instructor while enjoying being a student again.
Mornings will begin with inspiring and invigorating vinyasa flows, followed by teaching methodology, where verbal and visual instructions will be taken to the next level. Next, we explore hands-on adjustments, where theory will meet application as we dedicate time to practice these hands-on adjustments. You will learn different types and techniques of adjusting approximately 20 poses in a safe, supportive environment. Strengthening workshops to sharpen technique and alignment will be given so that students will leave with an enhanced personal practice and therefore, be able to better serve their students.
All this will take place at Evia Silence, a beautiful waterfront retreat center located on Evia Island, Greece. Free time can be spent soaking up the sun, taking a swim, enjoying traditional food at the local tavernas, or exploring the captivating oasis.

COURSE DETAILS
MORNING ASANA CLASSES
Each morning you will practice a 90-minute vinyasa class. Whether we see ourselves as beginners or advanced in our practice, we all have something to learn. We provide support and challenge to suit each individual's needs. There will be two teachers in the morning class; one to lead and one to offer hands-on adjustments. After the class, if desired, we can break down the sequence and discuss the class.
SEQUENCING
Learn how to sequence intelligently, how to prepare the body for peak asanas and how to integrate the effects of the practice. Understand the rules of sequencing and how to use them to deliver creative, safe classes for beginners, intermediate and advanced students.
